Dieting is EASY... eat less , workout more, right? Not quite . The human body is like a fine tune engine . If you put the right fuel in, it runs like a Swiss watch. If you put in the wrong fuel, it will become clogged and blows up. What a Metaphor.
Your food should consist of four food categories.
- Proteins (Fish, Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Pork, Lamb)
- Vegetables (We will classify this as free food)
- Carbohydrates (Potato, Rice, beans...)
- Fruits (Nature's sweets)
