The older you get the harder it is to lose. You have to watch what you eat. The workouts take longer to get the same results. The energy levels drop off and the weight slowly goes up. We cannot get away with things we did when we were younger.

So how do we change all these things?
  1. Changes our workout routines and if you don't have one Start a workout routine
  2. Foods in our diets. As we get older our bodies cannot handle certain foods
  3. Drink more water and less sugar beverages
The above 3 items is just the basic to start. You will need to change your mental outlook on the way you go through life. I have place here on this blog a program that if followed will help you.
